This business started with me taking small jobs month by month.I always wanted to do more to expand the services that we offered in the building environment. We did not have advanced technology at the time, so we had to use scale rulers, set and tee squares to produce house plan drawings. While doing this activity I obtained a higher level of education for myself in the field. This propelled me to offer additional services as the level of professionalism, education and training expanded.
The most rewarding part of my business is the customer who comes in to my office very stressed because of situations that they may have encountered due to ignorance of what is required. We are able to work with them throughout the process, ensuring that they are granted relief. The fulfilling thing for me in this, is seeing the customers smile at the end of the process. The customer satisfaction is paramount for me.
